The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for our family during her illnesses including our wonderful neighbors, St. Preceded in death by her parents Amanda and Marvin Henshaw, daughter Debbie Mikel and her three brothers Howard, Edward and James Henshaw. She is survived by her dedicated and loving husband of 67 years Willard Ollila daughter and son-in-law Wilanne Ollila-Perry and Craig Perry Ollila (of Bellingham) Grandchildren and their spouses Shayne Stevenson and Tracy Morris (of Seattle), Sarah and Tom Maki (of Portland), Jason and Lindsey Kunz (of Post Falls) Great Grandchildren Dominick Kunz, Alexandra Stevenson, Jacob Kunz, Olivia Stevenson and Madelyn Maki. Mary Jane was her happiest while spending time at their Loon Lake summer home sitting at the picnic table with a cup of coffee and a slice of zucchini bread or at a lakeside potluck surrounded by her many friends and family who love her. She often referred to herself as president of the “foot in the mouth club” and was world-renowned for her lack of patience. Her favorite job was managing the Thailand Exhibit during Spokane’s Expo 74 - World’s Fair. She loved Spokane and worked many interesting jobs over the years - drug store Soda Jerk, Elevator Operator at the Bon Marche, 2- Swabbies, she particularly liked selling men’s clothes at JC Penney’s, Hammers, and the Clothes Closet. It does not provide new elements but it does not fall behind like other productions in which you cannot even appreciate the performances of the actors or the soundtrack because it’s scarier than the half-baked plot. Loon Lake is a decent movie for an independent production. The tombstone belongs to the grave of Mary Jane ( Kelly Erin Decker), a teenager accused of being a witch, and the legend told by locals says that if you go three times over it, Mary Jane will ensure that in three days she is the last thing you see. In one of the self-guided excursions that Louis takes to know more about his new residence, he runs into the remains of a church destroyed by a fire, the cause of a “human error”, and arrives at an annexed cemetery with a tombstone that stands out above them all. Louis ( Nathan Wilson), a recent widower, decides to move to the countryside to have a life away from the city that saw his wife die in a traffic accident. Loon Lake (2019) tells us the seriousness of this situation. Whatever the reality about fiction, people should not take on the challenge of the dead.
